I thought these were over priced at first and hesitated to buy. But meh, you know what , lets just give them a try since my hair has been a mess for a long time due to bleachingI have been using them for a few weeks now and i think they really helped smoothing my hair! I can finally comb my hair after each wash nowGood products!

I ordered this set of hair products to help keep strong hair. Overall, the shampoo, conditioner, and serem all smell about the same and are relatively mild. I would say they do lean on the sweet side a little bit which is different from the scent of shampoos I would normally use. After using the shampoo, my hair felt quite stripped of oils so I feel like the shampoo was quite effective. The conditioner helped bring some feeling back to my hair without making it super oily. Lastly, the serem was easy to use and apply and spread through my hair. The bottle for the serem is also a bit unique from normal droppers. Instead of squeezing and then bringing up the serem, you just push the button a few times which fills the dropper.I will have to report back about prolonged use!

It’s all true! 2 months and my head is completely transformed, and I’m not going to stop using this delightful product any time soon. Alika lives up to ALL the hype. I can’t sing it’s praises enough. Terrible customer support!!

I placed my order on April 24, and for several days I did not hear back from them on the status of my order. I finally wrote to their customer support a couple of emails. They did not respond to my emails promptly. Finally, they sent me an email with a tracking number on May 6th. Today is May 11th, and the attached picture shows that the order has not yet been shipped. This is terrible service.

I will never order their products in the future, especially since their customer service is terrible. As it is, there are plenty of hair care products out there.
